STOP

get in me i love you

forever wondering how people peel avocados.

STAHHHHP, I WANT YOU NOWWWW

You don’t peel an avocado, you just scoop the yummy out very carefully. At least that’s what I do

For those wondering how to peel an avocado, you just cut the avocado in half and slice the skin three or four times from top to bottom on each half. The thin slices of skin will just peel right off without any muss or fuss.

Baked Cinnamon Roll OatmealThis looked too good to be true so I had to try it myself (:
1/2c Oats1/4t Vanilla extract1/2t Cinnamon2 Packets splenda1/4c Unsweetened applesauce 1/4c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk1/16t Salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine raw oats, spices, applesauce & milk. Pour into a small baking pan or ramekin (or if you’re like me and don’t have any of those fancy things, you can grease a muffin tin and fill up 2 of the cups!) Cook for about 15-25 minutes or until firm then devour BOTH of them for a whopping 180 calories!
P.S. I also drizzled peanut butter on top of mine and sprinkled it with brown sugar

Look away, dieters! This is NOT for you!!!
Chocolate Hazelnut cake (with frosting)
Remember how I made homemade chocolate hazelnut spread last night? Well… there was a lot of it and I didn’t want it sitting around the house… so I invented this recipe tonight! I suppose it would work with brand name Nutella, but you may have to adjust for sweetness.
Ingredients list:
Cake:
• 1 cup flour• 1 tsp baking powder• 1/4 tsp salt• 3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread• 3 Tbsp butter• 1/4 cup apple sauce• 3/4 cup sugar• 3 eggs• 1/4 cup milk
 Frosting:
• 3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread• 6 oz powdered sugar• 1/2 cup soy milk
Bake on 350°F for about 20 minutes. I didn’t time it, I just waited until it smelled amazing then stuck a toothpick in it (it was ready.)

Item of note: frosting recipe is an estimate. I ended up dumping the entire remains of the chocolate hazelnut spread into my stand mixer and adding soy milk for consistency just to use up the rest of the jar.

Recipe and pictures are mine. :D (YAY ME!)
